SHIPPING POLICY
Please note that order processing times begin after payment is completed and are separate from shipping times.
All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday or on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Deliveries are made on business days between 09:00 AM and 06:00 PM.
Please note that delays may occur during high order volumes or due to shipping company issues. These circumstances are beyond our control, but we will do our best to manage the process as quickly as possible.
Which Shipping Companies Do You Work With?
We currently work with the following shipping company:
• All orders are shipped via MNG.
Where Will My Order Be Shipped From?
• All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Turkey.
Shipping and Cargo Fees
Shipping fee is 200 TL for all purchases.
Shipping is free for orders over 2000 TL.
In case of return, you will receive a full refund including local sales taxes. However, the refund will be processed after deducting shipping fees and the cost of sending back to our warehouse in Türkiye.
How to Track Your Order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@nodesignstore.com with your name and order number.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Our return policy: We accept returns of products that are unused and in their original condition within 14 days.
